Protecting Client Information

Our employees have limited access to Client Information. They have access only when it is required to support your business needs. POST’s Security Policy guides employees in their use of Client information and requires that it be held in strict confidence. We maintain industry standard safeguards to comply with all government and industry regulations to guard Client Information. We have physical security at our buildings, passwords to protect our databases, compliance audits, and virus/intrusion detection software. Within POST, access to such information is limited to those who need it to perform their jobs.

To provide you with additional security, all sensitive information sent from your browser is encrypted en route to POST and decrypted once it reaches our server. However, information sent to us through some channels (including email) may not be. As a result, we ask that you do not send confidential information such as cardholder account numbers to us via unsecured email. These communications should be communicated to us via telephone, fax or postal mail.

POST is committed to providing a secure Internet environment. Our web site offers up to 128-bit encryption, a technology that protects information as it is sent across the Internet. We strongly urge you to use a browser that supports this level of security. POST also takes advantage of Secure Socket Layer (SSL), a protocol for managing online message transmission. SSL protects the information sent between our servers and your browser.

POST does not license, sell, rent or trade any Client Information unless: (a) you request or authorize it; (b) information is provided to help complete a transaction initiated by you; (c) information is provided to a reputable credit bureau or similar information reporting agency; or (d) the disclosure is otherwise lawfully permitted or requested.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

Understanding usage helps us improve our web site. The only personal information we collect online is that information you provide to us. Our web site does not collect personal information without your knowledge. The only information we collect about you is information that you voluntarily provide to us. We gather aggregate usage information on our web site to ensure the online services we provide are useful and to enhance navigation. POST may use information about your activity on our web site to provide technical assistance and to tailor the content we display to you online.

Use of Cookies on Our Web Site
